/E copies dir and subdir, including empty ones
/C continues even if errors occur.
/G copy encrypted files as well even [destination] may not support
/H copies hidden and system also
/R overwrite read-only files
/K copy attributes
/X copy ownership and ACL information and audit settings
/Y suppresses prompting to confirm to overwrite
